Shipping & Returns
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days on unframed orders and 3-5 working days on framed orders. If you need an order faster than this then please contact me and I will try my best to meet your timescales but I can't guarantee this in busy periods such as around Christmas.
Orders within the UK are sent 48 hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail. I cannot be held responsible for any delays with Royal Mail and their 48 hour service
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All international orders are sent with a tracking number.
Estimates for shipping times once an item has been dispatched are as follows:
- Europe - 2 - 11 business days
- United States & Canada - 3 - 17 business days
- Rest of World - 3 - 17 business days
Occasionally deliveries can be slow due to ongoing international delivery disruptions and slow custom processes. I am unable to issue a refund for non-delivery until two months after dispatch. This is because I have never had an international order go missing, some just can be slow unfortunately!
Customs and import taxes
Incorrect Addresses Provided
If you have not received your order because you have provided an incorrect or old address, I cannot be held responsible for you not receiving your item and a refund will not be possible.
Smaller sized prints are sent in a cardboard protected envelope. Larger sizes are sent rolled in a sturdy tube.
Framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual guards added to each corner. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box. I use a Perspex glazing which minimises breakages in transit.
Unwrapping your prints
Please be careful when unpacking prints - we cannot be held responsible for any damage created by yourselves whilst unpacking - this includes dents, unrolling creases, dirty marks and nail polish scratches.
Returns and Refunds Policy
My refund policy lasts 14 days. After this time period unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.
Postage & Packaging is included in the purchase price, and the cost of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs incurred.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised items
- Frames, because they can't be resold after they are opened
- Sale items
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
I do not accept exchanges on orders. Orders will need to be returned at the customers own cost (as set out above) and a new order will need to be placed.
Cancelling or Amending an Order
It will not always be possible to cancel or amend an order once it has been processed, but please contact me and I will be able to advise.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
For orders that have been damaged in transit, please reply to your original order email and include the following information:
- images of the damage to print/frame
- images of the packaging (damaged or undamaged)
- Image of the incorrect item (if relevant)
- image of the address label
If you receive a personalised print and we have written the incorrect date of birth or name, let me know and I will reprint it for you free of charge. If you made a mistake when placing your order, we charge for a reprint to cover the cost of re-printing and sending the item. Please contact me at email@example.com for details.
